I will ensure that your confidentiality will be maintained in all but the most exceptional circumstances and all information collected during the sessions will be protected at all times. Information will only be disclosed under a Court Order (civil, criminal or coroner’s court) or where not to disclose would cause danger or serious harm to others.
Your name, address, telephone number, email address; and all the information contained in this agreement will be kept securely.
I also take notes during consultations and sessions which help me to provide the right service for you. These are based on our discussions and my observations and are kept in line with professional guidelines for a minimum of 8 years. You have the right to request to see these at any time, with reasonable notice. You also have the right to request for these to be deleted.
I will sometimes, and with your permission in each instance, make an audio recording of the session or parts of the session. The purpose of these recordings is to help tailor support materials for your outcome plan. These recordings will be deleted once the follow up materials or plans are completed. You have the right to say no to this recording and to request it be deleted immediately.
If I ask you to use any third party company, such as an online booking system to book our sessions, I will ensure that it is a company which is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
Information is collected that your browser sends whenever you visit my Service This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer’s hard drive.
“Cookies” are used to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of my Service.
I may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate my Service provision, in order to provide the Service on my behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how my Service is used.

Your information is NEVER shared without your consent and you have the right to have it removed at any time. Please contact me should you wish to do so.
I have an obligation under my membership of the NCH to continue my professional development and I may share case histories with my supervisors and peer-support groups. All information will be anonymous, and this will not be a breach of professional confidentiality.
These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
